Portland Ballet Company
Well known throughout the
state as a company of well trained and disciplined dancers, with a
repertoire of over 25 ballets, PBC starts its Fall Season with
performances in Ogunquit and Portland each year. In December, PBC
commemorates historical Portland and the famed Victoria Mansion in its
annual performances of "The Victorian Nutcracker". The Spring
Season varies, with such events as a performance with Portland Youth
Symphony Orchestra, or when a celebrity has joins them on stage for
premieres.

Port Opera
Port Opera began performances in 1995 and continues to present a variety of events throughout the year including one major fully-staged opera at Merrill Auditorium each summer. “La Fille du Régiment” (The Daughter of the Regiment) by Gaetano Donizetti will be their mainstage production at Merrill Auditorium.
